Efficient Third Harmonic Generation in Frequency Tripling Mirrors

- Abstract
Frequency tripling mirrors (FTM) are a promising alternative to complex cas-caded third harmonic generation setups. Featuring optimized dielectric layers, we demon-strate a conversion efficiency of 3.5 %. Our discussion will also include applications of FTMs.
